Frequency and Sample Type <br />In order to obtain an indication of the probable compliance or non- <br />compliance with the effluent limitations specified in Part 1.A, the <br />permittee shall monitor all effluent parameters at the following <br />frequencies: <br />(a) Discharge Points 001, 003, 004, 005, 007, 008 <br />Effluent Parameter <br />Measurement Frequency d/ <br />Sample Type e/ <br />Flow, MGD <br />Total Suspended Solids, mg/1 <br />Total Iron, mg/1 <br />Oil and Grease, mg/1 f/ <br />pH, s.u. <br />Settleable Solids, ml/1 j/ <br />Total Dissolved Solids, mg/1 g/ <br />Weekly <br />Monthly <br />Monthly <br />Weekly <br />Weekly <br />Monthly <br />Quarterly <br />Instantaneous <br />or Continuous <br />Grab <br />Grab <br />Visual <br />Grab <br />Grab <br />Grab <br />Sampling by the permittee for compliance with the monitoring <br />requirements specified above shall be performed at the following <br />locations: discharge points 001, 003, 004, 005, 007, and 008. <br />Should a precipitation event or snowmelt occur, the permittee shall <br />submit proof in order for an exemption to be claimed. Said proof <br />shall be submitted as an attachment to the Discharge Monitoring Report <br />(DMR) for the appropriate period.
