Your letter requests to include <br />an additional source of augmentation water that will be used during the November through February period <br />as an alternative supply to the C-BT units currently identified as a replacement source in the SWSP. You <br />have estimated the depletions during the November through February period to be 11.8 acre-feet and have <br />indicated that the operator of the Larimer Pit, Loveland Ready Miz Concrete, has more than 100 acre-feet of <br />fully consumable effluent available from the Ciiy of Loveland pursuant to a lease agreement dated January <br />13, 1998. The lease is valid until December 31, 2022. A copy of this lease was provided to this office on <br />July 19, 2007. <br />I approve the above amendment to the current SWSP in accordance with C.R.S. § 37-90-137(11).
