RULE 2 -PERMITS <br /> <br />2.03 -LEGAL, FINANCIAL, COMPLIANCE, AND RELATED INFORMATION <br />The following subsections present the legal, financial, compliance, and related information required <br />under applicable provisions of Rule 2.03. Relevant information is also presented to aid in <br />understanding the format, basis, and context of the permit. Legal, Financial, Compliance and Related <br />Information Required under Rule 2.08.6(2)(6) as a Condition of Application for Transfer of Permit <br />for Coal Mining and Reclamation Operations: Rules 2.03.4, 2.03.5, 2.03.6, 2.03.7(3), 2.03.9, and <br />2.03.10 of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Boazd Regulations for Coal Mining (2 CCR 407-2). <br />2.03.3 -Format and Supplemental Information <br />OMI has endeavored to delineate information in this application as dearly and condsely as possible <br />while maintaining consistenry with the scope of specific applicable regulations. <br />The original pernvt application, issued in October-1983, was prepazed by and issued to U.S. Seel <br />Mining Company. Spedfic documentation required by this section was not included in the original <br />submittal. OMI has reviewed all previously submitted information and has corrected or <br />supplemented this information as necessary to assure that all required information, assumptions and <br />references aze included in the appropriate sections of this application. In addition, supporting <br />information has been reviewed and validated to assure that all conclusions are documented by sound <br />technical data. <br />~ ~~ OMI has also reviewed sampling, testing, and analysis work completed in conjunction with this pertrut <br />C application and confirmed that it was either performed or certified by competent, qualified persons. <br />~` All laboratory analyses were performed by experienced laboratory personnel using approved <br />standazdized procedures unless otherwise noted. <br />In order to assure appropriate documentation, technical data presented in this application includes the <br />names of personnel directly responsible for its collection and analysis, dates of collection and analysis, <br />where available, and a description of analysis or evaluation methodologies, if known and where <br />appropriate: <br />This application reflects the efforts of a number of technical and professional organizations and <br />personnel.
