Waters of the U.S. includes ephemeral, intermittent and perennial streams their surface <br />connected wetlands and adjacent wetlands and certain lakes, ponds and irrigation ditches that have a <br />nexus to interstate commerce. <br />Work in waters of the U.S. should be shown on a map with a list identifying the Quarter Section, <br />Township, Range and County, and Latitude and Longitude to seconds or the UTM coordinates of each <br />area of work. <br />If there are any questions concerning this matter please call Mr. Terry McKee of this office at <br />303-979-4120 and reference Corps File No. 200180415. <br />Sincerely, <br />Timot T. rey <br />Chief, Den r Regulatory Office <br />me <br />
