Long <br />Division Director <br />Re: Request to use Pond 4A water for Dust Suppression within the Permit Area Perntit # M-80- <br />244. <br />Dear Mr. Lewis: <br />Ott January 12, ! 999, the Division received your fa.~ed request to use Pond 4A water for dust <br />suppression with in the Perntit area. On April 12, 1995, the Division with comments from the <br />Department of Health Water Quality Control Division, approved the use of Pond 4 C water for <br />such purposes. The water quality data for pond 4A provided with you request is similar to what <br />was provided for pond 4C. At this time, the Division grants CC&VG to utilize pond 4A as <br />requested.
