CO 80203 <br />RE: Adams County RV Park, LLC dba 124'" Estates Partners, 124'h Estates Sand & Gravel <br />Mine, File No. M-2001-085 <br />Corps File No. 200180602 <br />Dear Mr. Mount: <br />Reference is made to the above-mentioned project located in the S '/z of Section 35, Township 1 <br />South, Range 67 West, Adams County, Colorado. <br />If any work associated with this project requires the placement of dredged or fill material, and <br />any excavation associated with a dredged or fill project, either temporary or permanent, in waters of the <br />United States at this site, this oftce should be notified by a proponent of the project for proper <br />Department of the Army permits or changes in permit requirements pursuant [o Section 404 of the Clean <br />Water Act.
