Gov. <br />Bill Owens has appointed [wo new members and reappointed i <br />one member to the Mined Land Reclamation Board. <br />Jack Starner, former owner and manger of Dzlta Sand and ; <br />Gravel Company, will serve as a representative of the mining <br />industry. He is a member of the American lnstitute of Mining <br />and Metallurgical Engineers and past president of the Colorado <br />Rzady Mix Association. <br />Moffat County Commissioner and rancher Joe Janosec will <br />serve as a representative of conservation. He is the vice chair <br />(or Colorado Counties, lnc.'s Western District. <br />Farmer and rancher Ira J. Paulin of Hully was reappointed <br />to serve as a representative of agriculture.
