Swiss Village, Inc. shall have an easement for ingress and egress <br />to the restaurant known as the Old Heidelberg Inn defined by an existing <br />road from U. S. 40 to the rear boundary of the property of Swiss Village, Inc. <br />said easement to terminate upon the realignment of the southern entrance <br />of the said property. <br />F. The Estate of J. Bryan Bennett has reserved the right to receive <br />royalties under the present mining lease of the subject property, hooiever, <br />said royalties shall be redeuced to two and a half cents (2'~~) per ton <br />after payment, by the lessee, of royalties entitling said Lessee to conveyance <br />of 80 acres in the Y7/2 NW/4 of Section 15, Twp. 4 South, Range 70 West of <br />the 6th P.P1. as provided in said lease.
