It states <br />in part "A search of the Colorado Inventory of Cultural Re- <br />sources ham- indicated that there are no known sites located <br />within the boundaries of this pro.ject." The letter further <br />states "the location of this mining operation is. near water <br />which makes it highly probably for prehistoric and historic <br />site;; to be present. .......we recommend that a cultural <br />re~;ource survey be undertaken to determine if eligible cul- <br />tural resources will be impacted. <br />Mr. William R. Arbogast has been retained to perform a cul- <br />tural resources survey on the subject property. A copy of his <br />report will be supplied to the Division as ~.oon as completed. <br />Field wor{: is complete and the report is in preparation. <br />
