Tentative Determination: State tentative determinations have bcen made in conjunction with the U.S. EPA <br />that limitations and conditions imposed is these permits implement all applicable statutes and regulations and <br />water quality standards. <br />Public Meetines: Permit Action: Pursuant to 25-8-502(3)(b), by February 9. 1996, interested persons may <br />submit a written request for a public mceting on the tentative determination. The Division, after considering <br />all requests, may grant a public mceting for good cause shown. it will be held within sixty (60) days of the <br />date of public notice. <br />Public Comments: Permit Actions: Pursuant to 25-8-502(3)(c) interested persons may submit written <br />comments on the tentative determination provided they ace received by the Division by February 9. 1998. <br />All comments received prior to said date will be considered in the formulation of final conditions and <br />limitations. If a public mceting is held, the public comment period shall close sixty (60) days following the <br />public notice. <br />Following the public comment period and the public meeting, if one is Geld, the Department will issue or <br />deny the final permit. Interested parties then have thirty (30) days to request an adjudicatory hearing on the <br />permit. <br />Mailine Address: Public comments should be directed to the CDPI-IE, WQCD-PE-B2, 4300 Cherry Creek <br />Drive South, Denver, Colorado 80222-1530. <br />Further Information: Permit Actions: The draft permit is available for inspection at your County <br />Commissioner's Office and County Health Department, or can be obtained by writing to the Division at the <br />above address and paying a small charge per page for copying fees. <br />Material Iniurv to Water Riehts: In accordance with C.R.S. 25-8-104 (2) (d) (1989), nay person who <br />believes that any actions proposed in this notice have the potential to cause material injury to a water right is <br />advised to contact the Division, in writing by February 9. 1998.
