Purpose of Public Notice: This notice states that complete applications for permits to discharge pollutants to
waters have been made by the applicants named below. The CDPHE intends to issue, deny or inactivate Colorado
Discharge Permit System permits for the facilities listed below, purswmt to the Clean Water Act, and the
Colorado Water Quality Coptrol Act. An asterisk by the permit game denotes a permit and rational that serves as
a total maximum daily load under Sectiop 303 (d) of the Clean Water Act apd will be submitted to the US EPA
Region VRI for review. All permits are subject to the approval of the United States EPA.
