EXHIBIT G: Water Information <br />Hocker Construction, LLP Gravel Pit <br />The mine is situated at the top of a ridge, high above, and at some distance from the Pine <br />River. It is not anticipated that ground water will be encountered and any water <br />accumulating from precipitation will be duected to retention ponds in locations indicated <br />on the mining plan map. <br />Water for washing and dust control will be pumped from an existing pond in the <br />southeast corner of the property. Water for this pond comes out of the west side lateral of <br />the Spring Creek Extension, ofwhich Hocker Construction owns 8 1/3 shazes (equaling <br />'/z acre-foot ofwater. <br />If needed, water may be hauled to the site from a legally licensed source. <br />As no discharge ofwater is planned for this operation, no stormwater discharge will be <br />required. The owner may decide to pursue a permit anyway incase discharge occurs <br />accidentally or becomes necessary. <br />
