The Applicant shall also provide accountings and supply <br />calculations regazding the timing ofdepletions as required by the Division Engineer for the operation <br />of the plan for augmentation. The Applicant shall also file an annual report with the Division <br />Engineer by November 15 of each year summarizing diversions and replacements made under the <br />plan for augmentation. <br />31. This Ruling shall be filed with the Water Clerk subject to judicial review.
