Dear Mr. Means,
This letter is in response to your December 8`s, 2006 letter concernirig whether or not the
water augmentation plan currently in place at the Chambers Pit is adequate to handle the
slight increase in the size of the take involved in the above referenced Technical Revision
request.
With the help of my water consultant, Becky Nichols, I find that theexisting
augmentation plan as approved in Division Five Water Court Case OOCW244 is good for
23 surface acres. The currently excavated, but not yet 100% reclaimed lake areas total 17
acres, therefore, the existing augmentation plan is adequate. ~
