C~ <br />n,,, a2 <br />1~ <br />COLORADO D <br />Air Pollution Control Division <br />• <br />T OF HEALTH <br />Telephone: (303) 320-4180 <br />EMISSION PERMIT <br />FUGITIVE DUST <br />PERMIT NO. 82DL229F INITIAL APPROVAL <br />DATE ISSUED: November B, 1982 <br />ISSUED TO: BLUE RIBBON COAL COMPANY <br />FINAL APPROVAL ^ <br />THE ACTIVITY TO WHICH THIS PERMIT APPLIES IS DESCRIBED AND LOCATED AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />A truck scale facility including coal and rock storage and unpaved <br />access roads. <br /> <br /> <br />THIS PERMIT IS GRANTED SUBJECT TO ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE <br />COLORADO AIR QUALITY CONTROL COMMISSION AND THE COLORADO AIR QUALITY <br />CONTROL ACT C.R.S. 1973 (25-7-101 et seg.), TO THOSE GENERAL TERMS AND <br />CONDITIONS SET FORTH ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF THIS DOCUMENT AND THE <br />FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS: <br />1. Disturbed area shall not exceed 0.6 acres. <br />2. Coal storage shall not exceed 5,000 tons at anytime. <br />3. Rock storage shall not exceed 5,000 tons at anytime. <br />4. Access roads and areas surrounding the storage piles shall be watered during <br />periods of heavy vehicular activities if excessive dust emissions are <br />present. <br />5. Particulate emissions shall not exceed 17.5 tons/yr.
