• <br />B. RESPONSIBILITIES <br />5 <br />(i) In the case of termination, the permittee notifies the <br />Division of its intent to terminate the certification 90 <br />days prior to the desired date of termination; <br />(ii) In the case of termination, the permittee has ceased any <br />and all discharges to state waters and demonstrates to the <br />Division there is no probability of further uncontrolled <br />discharge(s) which may affect waters of the State. <br />• <br />• <br />(iii) The Regional Administrator has been notified of the <br />proposed modification or termination and does not object in <br />writing within thirty (30) days of receipt of notification; <br />(iv) The Division finds that the perrtiittee has shown reasonable <br />grounds corsisten[ with the Federal and Stale statutes and <br />regulations for such modification, amendment or termination; <br />(v) Fee requirements of Section 5.16.0 of.
