During this period, only Oudalls B (Outfall 003A), and E (Oudall 006A), discharged to Foidel Creek. No permit <br />excursions were noted for this period. Outfall 003A, flowed only during the third and fourth week of September. Outfall 006A <br />flowed only during the second and third week of September. <br />No Quarterly Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) tests were conducted for Outfalls 005W or 007W during the third quarter of 2003, <br />as neither site flowed during this period. <br />Ouffalls 002A, 004A, 005A, 007A, and 008A did not discharge; and therefore had no chemical tests during June. Oudall <br />020A/020W has not yet been constructed, therefore sampling of this site has not occurred. Note that ponds A (Outfall 001A <br />and 001W), and H (Outfall 009A) have been deactivated following bond release, and have been removed from the newly <br />amended permit, effective January 1, 2003. In order to reduce the amount of paper work, the following certification will be <br />substituted for the actual DMR forms to cover the outfalls, which did not discharge. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />1 certify under penalty of law that 1 have personally examined and am familiar with the information submitted herein; and <br />based on my inquiry of those individuals responsible for obtaining the information, 1 believe the submitted information is <br />true, accurate, and complete. / am aware that there are significant penalties for submitting false information, including the <br />possibility o(fine and imprisonment. See 18 U.S.C. § 1001 and 33 U.S.C. § 1319.
