Legal description: The left abutment of the
embankment is located at a point 1700 feet South of the North
line and 2200 feet West of the East line of Section 7, Township 4
North, Range 86 West, 6th P.M.

Use: Irrigation, reclamation, recreation, fish
propagation, aesthetic, domestic (including provision of domestic
water supply to residences and employee quarters in connection
with mining operations), industrial, commercial, mining and
mineral processing, suppression of fugitive dust, electrical
generation (in connection with mining operations or facilities
located on mine property), fire prevention, stock watering, and
all other beneficial uses including exchange, substitution,
replacement, and augmentation.

Division No. 6, decree dated June 17, 1991. The Mine 3 Ponds are
also alternate points of storage for the Eckman Park Reservoirs

described in paragraph 7.a above.

(1) Mine 3 North Pond: The left abutment of the
embankment is located at a point 70 feet North of the South line
and 1600 feet West of the East line of Section 12, Township 5
North, Range 86 west, 6th P.M.
(2) Mine 3 South Pond: The left abutment of the
embankment is located at a point 1650 feet South of the North
line and 1700 feet West of the East line of Section 13, Township
5 North, Range 86 West, 6th P.M.
