Temporary Dosing Plant <br />Deaz Mr. Sorenson: <br />In a letter dated July 26, 2004, Climax submitted to your office drawings for its plans to <br />upgrade the existing Mayflower Clearwater pond sulfuric acid dosing plant. Per your <br />request, attached are three (3) copies of the engineered drawings illustrating the <br />temporary acid dosing system and plant presently being utilized by Climax. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me at 719-486-2150 ext. 723 or Ron Valentine <br />at ext. 727.
