(~ c;~~,~
Denver, Colorado, 80203 P of ~.~ ,r3i , ~....~rces
Dear Sirs:
I hereby file an objection to the Permit requested
by Fern and Keith Holsinger, P.O. Sox 37, Walden,
Colorado, because of the following circumstances:
1) A mining operation is not compatable with the
existing Land Uses within the area.
P.. The area immediately to the south of
the proposed site contains rural resi-
dents in a platted subdivision contain-
ing 13 building sites and 6 new homes,
with 19 more sites with a sketch plan
approval.
B. I am the property owner adjacent to the
property on the south as a rural resident
subdivider and to the east as a bona
fide rancher.
2) It is obvious that such an operation would
greatly affect the investment of all those
who own property and have built homes in the
close proximity of the proposed mining site.
3) Nearly the whole of the Valley Floor of North
Park has an abundance of gravel; other locations
are available that would cause less harm to
the environment and should be utilized.
es ectfull fitted,
Donal P. Hanson C]Y "
