(719) 634-4042 <br />Re: Application submittal for "7W0-ACRE LIMITED IMPACT OPERATION <br />(110(1)) RECLMIATTON PERMIT" <br />Dear Sir: <br />Ps per our telephone conversation concerning the application I <br />previously submitted to your office for consideration, I hereby <br />submit this letter to correct an error made by myself in completing <br />page one of the application. <br />I erroneousley i wserted the quantity 206.60 in the space after <br />question 3 or Permitted Acres on page one of the application. <br />Obviously the maxinwm acreage allowed on a TWO-ACRE permit can only <br />be 2.00 acres. Therefore I take full responsibility for replacing <br />the quantit}• of 206.60 with the quantity of 2.00 in the space <br />provided i.n question 3 of the subject application. <br />I sincerely regret this error and apologize to those who were <br />inconvenienced by tire error. <br />Respectfully, <br />~~ <br />John 0.
