Species conservation information -The required species conservation language has been <br />added to the NOI Application. <br />Cost Estimate Considerations - At Oxbow's request, the Division has proposed, in a 6/15/2007 <br />Memorandum from Ms. Janet Binns to Dan Hernandez, a Reclamation Cost Estimate of $43,100. <br />Oxbow finds this estimate to be overly conservative but acceptable.
