As discussed during my visit t~ your <br />office on Thursday, February 19, 1985, I need to veri y the <br />land use zoning for this property. <br />The property of interest is known as The Alma Placer, Ind it <br />seemed apparent, after a quick check of your zoning maps, <br />that this land is presently zoned for mining, we would <br />appreciate receiving verification of the land use oning <br />classification as soon as possible. <br />I have also included a second legal description, en itled <br />"Exhibit B", including portions of The Pratt Mining laim, <br />The West Shore Placer Mining Claim and The Powless lacer <br />Mining Claim. At this time, our mining plan does not <br />include operations on these additional lands.
