b. The Colowyo Taylor Creek Pump Plant CIO. 1
consists of a pumping plant located on

capacity of 0.67 c.f.s. This structure
is used pr=_marily to fill water truc:ts
for distribution of water for dust control
and other mining and industrial purcosas.
The Colowyo Taylor Creek Pume Plant No. 1
is the subject of a separate application
in this Court. •
