dam is de Fined by a line, the beginning of •ahich is a
point on the right (Southeast) abutment of said dam from
whence the Southwest corner of Section 18, Township 4
North. Range 92 West of the 6th P.M. bears South 22°0'
East a distance of 405 `=°t; thence bears North Z1'0"
West a distance of 1060 feet; and thence bears South-
westwardly adjacent to Colorado State Highway 789 a
dista.-.ce of 380 feet to its end point on the left anut-
ment (Northwest) of said dam.

Good Spring and Milk Creeks, Yampa River drainage,
Moffat County.
5. Date of initiation of the appropriation:
Sep tember 16, 1975.
