However, the <br />operator continued to work with the CO Division of Minerals and <br />Geology (CDMG) to return the site to an acceptable pre-mining <br />condition. Two ponds remain on site permanently for use as <br />livestock watering ponds. Discharges from these ponds would be <br />infrequent and are expected to meet applicable standards.
