This FCEL is expected to <br />be finalized within the next week. A copy will be forwarded <br />to your attention as soon as it becomes available. <br />3) Response as above. <br />~ 4) Attached are copies of the certified mail return receipts <br />from notification letters to surface owners of drill holes: <br />FED-3, 11, 12, 13, 19, 15, 16, 23, 24, 33, 38, 39, 40, 41, <br />42, and 93. Also attached is a copy of the surface use <br />agreement between Hockett Farms and Cottonwood Land Company, <br />pertinent for site FED-44. Concerning the properties listed <br />as being owned by Temple, Epps and Hudson. These properties <br />are currently owned in their entireties by Hudson and Epps. <br />Temple is the deceased mother of Epps and Hudson. <br />5) Cottonwood Land Company will proceed with posting the <br />reclamation bond in the amount of $275,494. <br />
