<br />Hawk's Nest Mine, Western Slope Carbon, Inc. <br />Revision <br />February 1982 <br />Coal Permit Application Revisions <br />PREFACE <br />The enclosed revisions are intended to be responsive to CMLRD comments (26 <br />March 1981), BLM Comments (7 April 1981), and USGS Comments (27 March 1981). <br />Replacement pages and additional materials are submitted for inclusion into the <br />February 1981 permit application documents (Volumes I-1, I-B, and I-C are rules <br />2 and 4 text material and exhibits; Volumes II through IV are Appendices). The <br />following collating guidelines should be observed: <br />1) All text revised page numbers are the same as the February 1981 sub- <br />s <br />mission except a "prime" was added to each number and Sections 4.03 and <br />4.15 have been completely rewritten. Delete the old and add the new. <br />2) Pages 2.04-24', 2.04-40', 2.04-64', and 4.05-5' all have parts A and B in <br />the revision (i.e. delete old 2.04-24 and add new 2.04-24A' and <br />2.04-246'). <br />3) Delete the old Sections 4.03 and 4.15 entirely. Replace with pages <br />4.03-1' through 4.03-17' and 4.15' through 4.15-19' respectively. <br />4) Exhibits are submitted in map pockets for convenience. If the new <br />Exhibit number is the same as the old, discard the old and replace with <br />the new (refer to list of Exibits). <br /> <br />5) If there is no old corresponding Exhibit number then simply add the new <br />Exhibit. Add all new Exhibits immediately following the previous sequen- <br />tial number. <br />
