PERMIT NO: CO-0037206, <br />Ouray County. <br />RENEWAL: for hardrock mining. <br />DISCHARGE: is to Sneffels Creek, Uncomphgre River Sub- <br />basin of the Gunnison and Lower Dolores Rivers Hasin. <br />NO INACTIVATIONS FOR NOVEMBER <br />State Tentative Determination: State tentative determinations <br />have been made in conjunction with the U.S. EPA that limitations <br />and conditions imposed in these permits implement all applicable <br />statutes and regulations and water quality standards. <br />Public Meetincs: Pursuant to 25-8-502(3)(b), by pecember 24, <br />1993, interested persons may submit a written request for a <br />public meeting on the tentative determination. The Division, <br />after considering all requests, may grant a public meeting for <br />good cause shown. It will be held within sixty (60) days of the <br />date of public notice. <br />Public Comments: Pursuant to 25-8-502(3)(c) interested persons __ <br />may submit written comments on the tentative determination <br />provided they are received by the Division by December 24, 1993. <br />All comments received prior to said date will be considered in <br />the formulation of final conditions and limitations. If a public <br />meeting is held, the public comment period shall close sixty (60) <br />days following the public notice. <br />Requests for public meeting and public comments may be directed <br />to the Colorado Department of Health, Water Quality Control <br />Division, Permits and Enforcement Section, 4300 Cherry Creek <br />Drive South, Denver, Colorado 80222-1530. <br />Following the public comment period and the public meeting, if <br />one is held, the Department will issue or deny the final permit. <br />Interested parties then have thirty (30) days to request an <br />adjudicatory hearing on the permit. <br />4 <br />
