State Tentative Determination: State tentative determinations
have been made in conjunction with the U.S. EPA that limitations
and conditions imposed in these permits implement all applicable
statutes and regulations and water quality standards.
Public Meetincs: Pursuant to 25-8-502(3)(b), by pecember 24,
1993, interested persons may submit a written request for a
public meeting on the tentative determination. The Division,
after considering all requests, may grant a public meeting for
good cause shown. It will be held within sixty (60) days of the
date of public notice.
Public Comments: Pursuant to 25-8-502(3)(c) interested persons __
may submit written comments on the tentative determination
provided they are received by the Division by December 24, 1993.
All comments received prior to said date will be considered in
the formulation of final conditions and limitations. If a public
meeting is held, the public comment period shall close sixty (60)
days following the public notice.
Requests for public meeting and public comments may be directed
to the Colorado Department of Health, Water Quality Control
Division, Permits and Enforcement Section, 4300 Cherry Creek
Drive South, Denver, Colorado 80222-1530.
Following the public comment period and the public meeting, if
one is held, the Department will issue or deny the final permit.
Interested parties then have thirty (30) days to request an
adjudicatory hearing on the permit.
