Prior to commencing <br />any operations on the Property, GALLEGOS agrees to obtain and keep in full <br />force and effect the following: <br />12.1 Workers' Compensation Insurance covering all of GALLEGOS' <br />employees and management personnel related to the to GALLEGOS' <br />activities oaths Property. <br />1L.`L General Commercial Liability Insurance providing personal injury and <br />property damnga coverage with an established and reputable insurer, <br />whereby GALLEGOS is insured against liability for personal injury <br />wad property damage insurance of not leas than $1,000,000 for each <br />oceurreare and 52,000,000 aggregate. Said liability insurance shall <br />also insure GALLEGOS' indemnity oommitixrente to Owner with <br />respect to the indemnity provided to Owner is this Lease Agreement. <br />GAI.LEGOS agrees that Owner shall be named as an Additional <br />Insured on all General Commercal Liability Polices insuring the <br />Property or GAI.LEGOS' Operations oa the Property. <br />13 Indemnity of Owner. GALLEGOS agrees to indemnify Owner wad hold <br />him hnrmlesa From any loss, damage or liability incurred by Owner <br />(}ncluding reasonable attorneys' fees and expanses inctident to defense of any <br />e:laim assrrted against .Owner) as a result of GALLEGOS' activities and <br />operations on or about the Property. <br />I.1 Indemnity of Operator.
