<br />Orchard Productivity Appendix .- <br />•~ 6ackyround information <br />On April 29, 198', Patricia Farnsworth of Colorado Westmoreland Inc. <br />(CWI) met with Larry Short of the Soil Conservation Service (SCS) in Delta, <br />Colorado to discuss possible avenues for Cl4I to determine orchard productiv- <br />ity as a function of time. Mr. Short in turn directed Ms. Farnso-+orth to <br />Bill Harriman, Horticulturist with the Tri-River Extension Service in Delta <br />o-,ho offered some theoretical concepts for CWI's consideration; that isaterial <br />may be found in Orchard Productivity Appendix. <br />On Flay 6, 1981, Ms. Farnsworth also contacted Flatthew P,agoyski of <br />Colorado State University, Austin Experiment Station.
