In and around the edges. <br />10 It's -- we feel, though, for the record, that <br />11 that water, you know, has come from all the rains that <br />12 we have had. 'Cause what we have built here is, like, <br />13 a -- a cup, and we have -- we haven't sealed up the <br />14 bottom, yet, so when water gets on these liner areas <br />15 here, it runs down into this area here (indicating). <br />16 `So we're trying -- we dry that up, recompact <br />17 that area with this layer of silt, bringing it up to <br />18 the -- I think in our permit, Mine Land Reclamation <br />19 permit, we have talked about a permeability of 10 minus <br />20 5, and we have been 10 minus 6, 10 minus 7.
