Deo;. o; F:atl:r21 "nes~!ace~ <br />Dear Mr. Domingue: <br />This is in regard to Stipulation #2 of Wyoming Fuel Company's <br />Canadian Strip Mine Permit and Notice of Violation #82-20. <br />Wyoming Fuel Company has constructed the emergency spillway <br />as shown on the September 14, 1981 version of Figure 2 of our <br />permit application. The principal spillway intake has been lowered <br />to the design elevation of 8196' by perforating the drop inlet. <br />This inlet will be cut to the design elevation when the water level <br />lowers and conditions permit. Modification of the principal spill- <br />way by this means was approved by you in an April 15th telephone <br />conversation with Mike Kolin. <br />I certify that this pond has been constructed as shown on <br />Figure 2 of Wyoming Fuel Company's Permit Application, as modified <br />above.
