• 3.S.A.S SUBSIDE CE EVALUATION AND PREDICTION <br />An evaluation of the F seam subsidence monitoring program is <br />provided in Exhibit 3.4.A.6. The evaluation includes an analysis <br />of the survey data obtained from the F seam monitoring network to <br />date, a correlation with industry subsidence prediction models, and <br />a summary of subsidence parameters observed for the F seam. <br />Predictions of subsidence from proposed mining in the B seam are <br />included and are based on data and evaluations of the F seam <br />subsidence, as well as current industry data for the mining methods <br />employed. <br />3.S.A.6 SUBSIDENCE MONITORING PLAN <br />A subsidence monitoring plan to monitor mining in the B seam for <br />the 5-year permit area is included in Exhibit 3.4.A.6. The <br />monitoring plan will provide additional data which, when coupled <br />with t}ie F seam data, can be utilized for f~iture mine planning <br />considerations. <br />• <br />• <br />
