Long Division Director The Division has received a letter from Raymond Keith withdrawing his objection to the above referenced application, A copy of the letter is attached. As this was the only objection received during the comment period, the review can now proceed without additional conferences or hearings. However, as any person attending the informal conferences has 5 days from the date of the conference to provide additional comments, there is still a chance that additional objections may be received prior to the close of business on the 5th day after the conference (January 24, 1995). The Division will let you know as soon as possible whether any additional comments are received. Regarding completion of the review process for your application, the Division received a partial response from Noland, Inc. on January 20, 1995 to the Division's January 10, 1995 preliminary adequacy review comments. As the information submitted constitutes a change to the application, the Division will need to extend the review period by 30 days to February 21, 1995 in order to allow sufficient time to review the responses. Please provide us with the remainder of the responses due from our 1/10/95 review letter as soon as possible so that the review can be completed prior to the extended decision date. In the event an objection is received within 5 days after the date of the informal conference, the decision date will need to be extended a minimum of 45 days. Finally, please be sure to file your responses with the Montezuma bounty Clerk and Recorder's Office and send us a copy of a receipt or affidavit from the clerk demonstrating that the changes have been received by the County.
