The
inspections were performed by qualitied inspectors under my direction.
The inspections were performed from mid-February through the first part of March. The
required maintenance items noted during the quarterly inspections are not significant with
regard to the ponds' structural integrity. As you are aware, the northwest region of
Colorado experienced unusually warm temperatures the week of March 23, 1998. This
resulted in rapid snow melt causing notable flooding in and around Craig. Several of
Trapper's ponds suffered minor damage as a result of the runoff. However, the damage is
not threatening the structural integrity of any of the ponds, and all the ponds are
functioning as designed. All required maintenance items are scheduled to be initiated as
soon as the weather permits.
Please call if you have any questions or need additional information.
Since~r-ely~, o~Q
~~ 0
Raymond G.
