Dear Allen and Harry:
Enclosed you will find two copies of the Yankee Gulch Sodium Minerals Project (Permit File
Number M-99-002) Ground Water Monitoring Report for the period July 1, 1999 through April
30, 2000. This document summarizes nine months of baseline ground water monitoring data
in relation to the monitoring network at the American Soda Yankee Gulch Site. Copies of this
document are also being distributed to James Cagney of the Bureau of Land Management
Office in Meeker, Robert Becker of the Environmental Protection Agency Region VIII office in
Denver, and the Rio Blanco County Office in Meeker in care of Sandra Whalin.
You will note that in addition to the data summary tables for each well there is also a
descriptive statistics table providing min, max, mean and standard deviation for each well.
The completion documents for the Burke domestic well have been received and are included
in the report along with a summary of the data for the well.
Several corrections were made to the data tables from the previous report. These corrections
are summarized in the following table:
