Railroad facilities are shown on Map 11 and I lA. When operations are resumed in the <br />fourth quarter of 2001, coal will be railed to the loadout facility by way of a self- <br />unloading trough train. This train is equipped with an unloading conveyor that dumps <br />onto a stacking conveyor mounted on the end of the train. "this stacking conveyor can <br />radiate up to 90° to either side of the train dumping onto either the clean coal conveyor <br />coming from the prep plant or the ground within the clean coal stockpile area. <br />The batch loadout and all rail tracks were removed in the tall of 2003. 'fhc mainline <br />grade is the property of the Trinidad Railroad, LLC, and is located outside of the mine <br />permit.
