The refuse disposal area final configuration is shown on <br />Figure 6, RDA Final Configuration and Figure 11, Cross Section A-A' <br />Final Configuration. The overall average slope is about 3.9H:1V as <br />a result of benches crossing the outslope of the fill. A slope <br />stability analysis was completed based on assumed fill parameters. <br />When representative refuse material is available for testing, <br />additional stability analysis will be conducted and designs <br />modified if appropriate. <br />Construction of the initial refuse disposal area has <br />involved disturbance of approximately 7 acres to accomodate the <br />sediment pond, access road, refuse belt and storage capacity for <br />the first 2 to 3 years of <br />U <br /> <br />~~~/ <br />zasz9.6z6 2.05-29 revised 10/23/97 &./~~ <br />
