7. Disturbed areas shall be reclaimed and revegetated as soon as possible.
8. Topsoil stockpiles which are to remain inactive for more ti~an one year
shall be revagetated to'reduce grind erosion.
9. Mining shall be conducted in such a manner as to minimize disturbed areas
as much as possible.
10. Blasi:ing of coal or overburden shall not be conducted routinely. One or
to-ro times per t•:eek maximum.
11. Any areas that develop excessive fugitive dust emissions; i.e., overburden
stockpiles, shall have preventive measures, such as, chemical stabilization,
applied to reduce the problem.
