The permit area is not prone to flooding from adjoining propert+es The predominate drainage course found m the <br />vicinity of the site Is the Colorado River approximately 1000 feet south of the site A review of the Flood Rate Insurance <br />Map indicates that part of the site rs prone to flooding by the Colorado River during a 100 year flood event Other than <br />the establishment of the Constructed Wet Land Maigahon Bank, no other actwilles wdl occur with.n the idenGGed hood <br />pram <br />Mln~ng is conducted In a manner that will not increase the amount of surface storm water runoff above historic flows <br />Any storm water runoff entering the sae will be captured wahm the Pa area and allowed to evaporate or percolate into <br />the ground In order to ma~nta~n the quality of any surface storm water that uosses any exposed ground areas. a <br />Storm Water Management Pian ISWMP) has been prepared.
