This cermit obligates DMG to inspect the site monthly, including 4 complete inspectons. <br />A major emphasis for both permitting and inspection by DMG is drainage control. The plan <br />worked well and no changes were required durine the vear. Findings, and action taken: All areas listed in the SWMP were <br />inspected.
