PUBLISHED NOTICE <br />' D1OTICE OF FILING OF APPLICATION FOR <br />MIt7ED LAND RECLAMATION. PERMIT <br />Pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Etoard and the "Colorado Mined Reclamation <br />Act" of 1976, H.B. 1065, notice is hereby given that the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board will meet to consider <br />an application by Mobile Premix Concrete, Inc. 1590 west <br />' 12th Avenue, P. O. Box 5183 T.A., Denver, Colorado, 80217, to <br />conduct a surface mining operation for aggregates on lands <br />located in NW/4 NE./4, NE/4 NE/4, SW/4 NE/4, and SE/4 NE/4 of <br />Section 34, Township 1 South, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., <br />Adams County, Colorado. <br />The mining operation and reclamation of this site is to begin <br />in 1983 and to be completed in 1992.
