CIG has reviewed Leone Sand & Gravel's mining plan as shown on the
map marked as Exhibit "A". According to Joe Gagliano, the only activity affecting CIG's pipelines will be
vehicular traffic crossing our pipelines in which we will require a minimum of 48 inches of cover. No blasting
will occur in the area. Joe Gagliano will execute our Encroachment Permit prior to any work in our easement.
Therefore, as required by Rule 6.4.19 of the Mined Land Reclamation Board's Rules and Regulations for the
Extraction of Construction Materials, CIG confirms that as proposed, Leone Sand & Gravel's plans at the
property will have no negative effect on CIG pipelines. If I can be of any further assistance, please feel free to
call me at (719) 520-4713 or on my cell at (719) 201-5921. Thank you.
Sincerely,
~. ~~~
Stephen D.
