Reaniring an Individual CDPS Permit <br />The Director may require any owner or operator covered under this permit to apply for and obtair an individual [ <br />permi[ if: <br />a. The discharger is not in compliance with the conditions of this General Permit; or, <br />b. Conditions or staadazds have changed so that the dischazge no longu qualifies for a Genera! Permit; or, <br />c. Data becomes available which indicates wafer quality standards may be violated. <br />The owner or operator must be notified im writing that an application for an individual CDPS penni[ is required. <br />an individual CDPS permit is issued to an owner of operator otherwise covered under this Genera! Permit, the <br />applicability of the General Permit to thaz ownu or operator is automatically terminated upon the effective daze r <br />individual CDPS permit. <br />19. Requesting an Individual CDPS Permit <br />Any owner or operator covered by this General Permit may request to be excluded from the coverage by applyir <br />individual CDPS permit. <br />20. Requesting Coverage Under the General Permit <br />The owner or operator of a facility excluded from coverage by this General Permit solely because that fad';^~ a <br />Las an individual permit tnay request that the individual permit be revoked and that the facility be coveretr, '[h <br />General Permit. Such request shall be evaluated by the Division per criterion specified is Part I of this permit. <br />
