Segment lab it classified for the <br />following uses: Use Protected,• Recreation, Class 2; Aquatic Life, Class 2 (cold!; Agriculture. The Division reviewed this <br />facility on May 6, 1997, and determined that the antidegradation presumption was overcome because discharge does not <br />occur during low flow periods. <br />The activity involves discharge of surface runoff only from an active area.
