That document updated aB changes since our original SPCC
plan was submitted in 1981.
There have been no major changes since May 1990. T4is correspondence is to update a very minor change
that shall occur this year. Trapper is adding an aboveground blasting emulsion tank to its stored quantities
list (page 4, SPCC Plan). This 10,500-gallon tank is currently ktcated in B pit (Site 6) but wiB be moved as
this pit closes in late 1992 or early 1993 and blasting requirements change. Adequate berms will be
constructed as described in 122.7(3), to contain any potential spill. A revised page 4 is attached.
A revised SPCC map (M57 sheet 1 of 2) is alto enclosed.
Trapper it currenty relocating an underground natural gas pipeline in our shop/erection area.
Please contact me if you should have questions or would comment regarding these minor revisions.
Sincerely,
William Agnew
Sr. Environmental Engineer
WSH\ WA\jsb
~SEPT04j
III IIIIIIIIIIIIIIII
999
Enclosure
J.M.
