<br />EXHIBIT N - Other Permits and Licenses <br />The enclosed Exhibit N-1 (Application for Conditional <br />Use Zoning Permit is the only permit or license applicable <br />to this Reclamation Permit Application. <br />The Affected area is on private land, on a gravel <br />bench, away from surface and ground water resources, and <br />away from wetlands. <br />1. The Colorado Historical Society is withiout jurisdiction <br />on private land; <br />2. No water rights will be affected or applied for. And <br />no surface or ground water will be intercepted or <br />impounded. Therefore, the Colorado Division of Water <br />Resources will not be affected; <br />3. Moffat County's borrow pits are exempted from stormwater <br />drainage permit requirements under the Water Quality <br />Control Division's Standard Industrial Code no. 16; <br />4. Moffat County has an Air Pollution Control Permit for <br />their portable screening crusher plant. The location <br />of the Cross Mountain Pit No. 1 will be forwarded to <br />the Colorado Health Department. <br />5. The U.S. Bureau of Land Management owns land within 200 <br />feet of the affected area. They will be notified by <br />certified mail of this application. <br />6. There are no "waters of the United States" or <br />"wetlands" affected by this operation. Therefore, the <br />U. S. Corps of Engineers is without jurisdiction. <br />
