The Impoundment Location Map (Attachment A) details the location of each <br />impoundment inspected. Quarterly Pond Inspection Reports (Attachment B) document water level, <br />sediment level, outflow, and required maintenance cited per inspection. <br />The inspections were performed on December 7, 2006 by field inspector Chris Miller. The site <br />was covered with one foot of snow and al] structures were functioning as designed at inspection. <br />Maintenance on the West Ridge Pond (NPDES 002) described in previous 2006 Impoundment <br />Inspection Reports was completed in the fourth quarter of 2006. Minor maintenance of Culverts <br />El and E12 and Terrace T10 will be done in 2007 afrer the snow melts. There is currently no <br />maintenance scheduled.
