Damages to persons, property, or to other pemutted or unpemutted activities or structures caused by the activity <br />authorized by this permit. <br />d. Design or construction deficiencies associated with the permitted work <br />e. Damage claims associated with any furore modification, suspension, or revocation of this permit. <br />4.
